QUAD CHALLENGE EGYPT 2006
The idea:
to gather a group of people that, representing a team or individually, wish
compete each other in a great adventure. The event consists in a raid with
stages in the Egyptian desert, on a quad, with the same conditions for all
participants.
Which is the offer:
To face the desert availing yourself of the Pharaons International Cross
Country Rally organisation structures, Stage of World Championship. With your
quad, on a course fit for length and difficulty, but all with the same safety
measures of the Rally, the same bivouacs and hotels, enjoying and suffering the
different facets of this beautiful adventure.
Moreover you can:
- take your friends as assistance

share the adventure with relatives and/or friends, engage them as Accompanying
people with their vehicle or on an organisation's vehicle

invite your sponsors at the arrive of the Rally, in Cairo, with the programs
proposed by Jvd International
Rates:
Certainly it's the more accessible cost for a raid into the African deserts.
The forfeit of 6000,00 euros includes: registration fees, transfers,
assistance, flights, hotels, bivouacs, assurance rc and medical repatriation,
quad transportation go and there Genova/Egypt, rent of safety instruments
(Iritrack). (Not included : supplement accommodation and/or drinks). Conceived
for pilots that use their own prepared quad (250 km of autonomy)
Assistance forfeit: an organisation truck can transport your pieces in a
standard Dakar box and it is furnished of all the logistic and the
equipment for the maintenance, light, compressed air, tools, etc... The
service transportation of one box with 2 wheels costs 280,00 euros and each
supplementary wheel costs 40,00 euros.
Standard quad: who doesn't have his own quad, can get one prepared with 9000,00
euros, after that the quad is property of the pilot.
Who are the promulgators:
A group of enthusiasts with wide experience in Africa and in many different
rallies : Dakar, Rallye des Pharaons, Tunisia, Morocco, Master Rally, Por Las
Pampas, etc.
This is an original idea of Vicente Belles, Pharaons ICCR Spanish
correspondent, with the technical collaboration of OFFROAD SITE.COM, venture
managed by many different structures that take part in the Dakar and in other
stages of the Word Championship.
