REGISTRATION

1. First step is to fill in the 3 registration forms with all asked data (entry, medical and privacy form).
2. Then you must send the original forms by priority mail within your chosen fee period, as all documents received by fax or e-mail are provisional.
3. Please add a copy of each given document for each participant of your team, such as:

each vehicle log book
2 photos
valid passport copy
international driving license
international racing licence
your nation’s federation authorization due for our international race
1,000 € as a deposit for each racing vehicle

4. Second step is to send us the copy of the registration wire transfer (we don’t accept cheques) for foreign competitors, with all bank data clearly indicated. It is compulsory to send a copy of this transfer by fax together with your invoice data.
5. Deposit is accepted only by cheque (please note all deposits wire transferred will not be sent back).

INTERNATIONAL LICENCE

You have 2 possibilities:

get your international yearly license
ask one event license

This matter affects only racing vehicles:

Please download all order forms in the website "SAFETY" section and send them directly to the concerned company.
