GLOBAL PRICE
To calculate your registration total price, you must add what here below:
- price/person (multiply by the number of people)
- vehicles transport (assistance and race) for competitors who choose to take our ship.
In case of vehicles (assistance and race) not traveling with our ship, thus going to Egypt by themselves, there is « Desert Permit » to be paid as an official permission to cross the desert.

Transport for accompanying people and assistants on organization vehicle : 500€ / pers..
The price are in EURO and by person.
The dead line of prices will be strictly respected, only one late day will give the next price.
The registration includes:
- Competitors rights
- 6 bivouacs in the desert (basket lunch and dinner)
- insurance and medical repatriation with a maximum of 2500€ (regulation)
- price giving ceremony
The registration not includes:
- extra drinks in hotel and bivouacs
- safety materials (Iritrack, GPS, Sentinel, Balise)

The vehicle transport is in EURO and includes:
- A/R by boat from Italy to Egypt
- Desert Permit
- The bikes will be directly in the hotel
- Cars and trucks are to take and leave in Alexandria port
When the registration is payed, the changes are impossible !
Exemple : in a case where a biker pays for a transport in container, he couldn’t ask for the difference if after he will find a place in an assistance truck.

4) Options
- Pieces box of 80L : 280€ or free for the first 20 engaged bikers
- wheel : 40€ for each one
Example 1: one pilot,one bike, with 1 box, 2 wheels and flight + hotel registered on the 2nd of April:
3350 + 720 + 280 + 2*40 +950 = 5 380 €
Example 2: a race truck long of 8 meters with 3 persons, 1 assistance truck long of 7 meters, 3 assistants, and flight + hotel” registered on the 25th of June:
3*5400 + 3*2990 + 6*950 + 2*1000+ 500*(8+7) = 40 370€
