Partial and not exclusive use licence
In virtue of the direct/indirect participation at the Pharaons Rally 2008,
called “Pharaons International Cross Country Rally”, it is allowed to use the
licence to publish, also partially and phonetically, of the international OMPI
mark:
Pharaons International Cross Country Rally r.n. 852841
Property of JVD International s.r.l. corso Inghilterra 41 Torino, Italia,
rapresented by Mr Marco Bucci, managing director.
The present licence is valid in Italy, Egypt, Germany, Spain, Austria, France
and Benelux, Monaco, Liechtenstein, Czech Republic, Portugal, Poland,
referring to the products classes 3, 9, 25.
This authorisation is valid till the 31/12/2008.
It is not valid for commercial publishing and in every case in quantity higher
than 200 pcs.
