OVERALL COST

Your inclusive registration fee is here below:

1. cost/person (multiply for each participant)
2. vehicles transport (assistance and race vehicles) for competitors who choose to take Jvd ship.
   
   1. In case of assistance and race vehicles not travelling with Jvd ship, thus going independent to Egypt, there is a «Desert Permit fee» to be paid as a requested permission to cross the desert.

1) Cost of registration

Transport on organization vehicle for accompanying people and assistants is 600€ per person..

These prices are in EURO and per person.
Rates dead lines will be strictly respected, ie. also one day delay involves the following rate to be paid.

Registration includes:

• competitors rights
• 6 bivouacs in the desert (with basket lunch and dinner)
• insurance and medical repatriation with a maximum of 2500€ (see regulation)
• price giving ceremony

Registration does not include:

• safety equipments (Iritrack, GPS, Sentinel, Balise)
• any extra and extra drinks in hotel and bivouacs

2) Transport

Vehicle transport is in EURO and includes:

• transfer by ship from Italy to Egypt and back
• desert Permit
• all bikes are delivered straight at the hotel in Cairo
• cars and trucks must be collected and delivered by each pilot (or his assistants) in Alexandria port

Once registration is paid, refunds are not allowed!
For instance: if one biker pays for his bike transport in Jvd ship container, he cannot ask any discount in case he later finds transport in any assistance truck.

Reserved and confirmed service of air ticketing and hotel stay comes after you fill in and send the FIXED RATE form together with the receipt of the bank swift transfer done to JVD International.
