Depart Europe to Cairo (Egypt) according to available flights. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and check in. Dinner and overnight in Cairo hotel. |

Day committed to sport, technical and administrative checks for the international teams. Free lunch, dinner and overnight in hotel. |
| sun. Oct 4th. |
After breakfast, leave the hotel on minivan and go to watch the race “Pharaons Rally 2009” Start in the Pyramids area. From there follow the “Desert Road” and possibly stop at the selective sector start out of town, then keep going up to Baharija, first oasis at the door of the desert where the first bivouac is located. In the late afternoon, briefing for the second leg of the race under the big Arabic tent. Lunch box at midday and dinner at the bivouac. Overnight in private tent. |

Days carry on with the same schedule, but landscapes and emotions change according to each day leg. Breakfast under the big tent buffet, then follow on van on asphalt road up to the next bivouac, lunch box at midday, evening briefing, dinner at the bivouac, overnight in tent. |

After breakfast, again on the “Desert Road” up to Cairo at the Pyramids area to watch the race arrival and celebrate with the Rally champion pilots. In the afternoon, back in hotel and time at leisure on board of the swimming pool. Lunch box at midday, dinner and overnight in hotel. |
| sun. Oct 11th. |
After breakfast in hotel, day at leisure for an OPTIONAL tour visit in Cairo (with English speaking guide and lunch along the visit). In the evening, prize-giving ceremony. Dinner and overnight in hotel. |
| mon. Oct 12th |
After breakfast transfer to Cairo international airport and flight back to Europe with all Rally participants. |
