RALLY ARRIVAL PROGRAM

Departure from Europe to Cairo (Egypt) according to flights availability. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and accommodation, dinner and overnight. |
| sat, Oct 10th |
After breakfast in hotel, transfer on van with driver to the Pyramids area, in order to watch the Pharaons Rally finish and celebrate with the race champions. In the afternoon, back to the hotel and time at leisure to relax near the swiming pool. Free lunch. Dinner and overnight in hotel. |
| sun, Oct 11th |
After breakfast in hotel, tour of Cairo with local guide. Lunch along the visit. In the evening prize-giving ceremony. Dinner and overnight in hotel. |
| mon, Oct 12th |
After breakfast, transfer to Cairo international airport and flight back to Europe with all Rally participants. |
N.B.: JVD International claims its right to change the above program in case of Force Majeur causes such as strikes, change in flights schedules, adverse climate conditions, wars, civil and military turmoils, uprisings, natural disasters, sacks, terrorist actions and likely changes to the race due to events unpredictable at the very moment of this program draft.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE ARRIVAL PROGRAM
You must fill in and sign the forms here below and send them to Jvd International by fax or e-mail together with the passport copy (valid at least 3 months from the entry date in Egypt).

RALLY START PROGRAM

Day committed to sport, technical and administrative checks for the international teams. Tour of Cairo with local guide. Lunch along the visit. Dinner and overnight in hotel. |

After breakfast in hotel, transfer to watch the “Pharaons Rally 2009” Start in the Pyramids area. From there follow the “Desert Road” and possibly stop at the selective sector start out of town. Then back to Cairo in the afternoon. Lunch box at midday, dinner and overnight in hotel in Cairo. |

After breakfast, transfer to Cairo international airport and flight back to Europe according to flights availability. |
